Links customers get
For: owner and manager, reception
Updated October 28, 2026
Some messages include a link to a simple workshop page. The customer doesn't log in: the link works only for their booking or job.
Booking link
It comes in the confirmation, the reminder and the move notice. The customer sees the date, time and address, with Confirm the booking and Cancel the booking buttons. Confirming sets the booking to Confirmed, cancelling frees the time at once. After the late-cancellation limit the page shows the workshop's phone, unless a manager allows cancelling by link then too. The link works until the booked time. The customer can't choose a new time themselves.
Estimate link
The customer sees the estimate lines with photos of what was found and picks Approve or Decline for each, then clicks Send my answer. The answer, its time and IP address are saved on the job. The link works for 7 days. When you send a new version of the estimate, the old link says the estimate has changed.
Freed slot offer link
The customer clicks I'll take this slot. The first to do so gets the time.
Payment link
When the workshop takes online payments, the customer can pay by link.
If a customer lost a message, look it up on their page in the Messages tab.
