Roles and permissions

For: owner and manager

Updated October 28, 2026

Everyone has one or more roles at the workshop. The permissions of several roles add up.

Role What they can do
Owner Everything a manager can, plus owner only: the subscription, exporting and deleting the workshop, transferring ownership, letting support make changes, managers, online payments and KSeF.
Manager Settings, bays and services, the team (mechanics and reception), shifts, the calendar, customers, jobs and the board, parts, invoices, payments with discounts and refunds, the cash report, settlements, reports, the audit log, import and contacting support.
Reception The calendar and waiting list, customers, jobs, estimates and planning the board, payments, issuing invoices and the cash report. Can adjust shifts if the workshop allows it. No settings, parts, settlements or reports.
Mechanic Their own jobs: marking work done and photos. The board and calendar to view, the customers of their jobs, their own shifts and, if the workshop allows, their own settlements.

A few things depend on workshop settings: whether reception can give discounts and adjust shifts, and whether mechanics see prices and can change their own shifts.

You give roles on the person's page in Team.
