Working at several workshops and your phone calendar

One account is enough to work at several workshops that use Lessora Auto. Each workshop invites you separately, to the same email address.

My account and workshops

In the account menu choose My account and workshops. On this page:

• My workshops: the workshops you work with. Open signs you in to the one you choose.
• Shift offers from every workshop, to accept or decline.
• My week: your time across all workshops. Block out time marks hours when you can't work. Other workshops only see that you're busy, with no details.
• Last month's settlement totals from each workshop that shares them.

You can also switch workshops from the account menu, Switch workshop.

Your phone calendar

1. In the account menu open Settings, Calendar subscription.
2. Choose a calendar: your work at this workshop (board slots with the job number, number plate and bay) or My busy time in all workshops.
3. Click Create link, then add the link to the calendar on your phone or computer with the button next to it.

Anyone with the link can see these entries. If the link leaks, click New link or Turn off link.
