Customer data requests (GDPR)

For: owner and manager

Updated October 28, 2026

A customer can ask for a copy of their data or for it to be deleted. The owner and managers handle both on the customer's page, under Data requests.

A copy of the data

  1. Open the customer's page and click Export customer data.
  2. The file is prepared in the background. When it's ready, a link appears in your notifications.

You get a ZIP file with the customer's data in a readable (PDF) and a machine-readable (JSON) form: contact details, consents, bookings and access history. Pass it to the customer over a safe channel. The export is recorded in the access log.

Deleting the data

  1. Cancel or move the customer's future bookings. Anonymising fails while bookings are planned.
  2. Click Anonymise customer and confirm.

The name, company name, NIP, contact details and notes are deleted for good. The booking history stays as anonymous, so reports and settlements still add up. This can't be undone.

Tip Invoices and accounting records must be kept for as long as the law requires, also after a customer is anonymised. Ask your accountant if unsure.
