Finding your way around

The menu shows only what your role can use, so mechanics, reception and managers see different items.

The menu

• On a computer the menu is on the left. When there are many items they split into People and Insights, with the workshop's pages and settings at the bottom.
• On a phone the main pages are on the bottom bar and the rest under More.

Several roles

If you have several roles at the workshop, say owner and mechanic, switch them in View as at the top of the screen (on a phone, in the account menu). The menu and dashboard change with the role.

Several workshops

If you work at several workshops, choose Switch workshop or My account and workshops in the account menu.

• The ? next to a page title opens the article about that page.
• Every article is in the User guide, with search. It's in the menu and in the account menu.
• If the workshop has turned on the assistant, you can also ask in Ask Lessora on the top bar.
