Your day as a mechanic

Your day starts in My jobs (Today in the calendar opens the same page). It works well on a phone.

Working on cars

1. At the top are today's slots from the board: time, bay, number plate, car and the complaint. Below are Other open jobs that have a line of yours.
2. Open the job. When the work is done, click Mark done on your line.
3. Click Add photo to show a fault or the finished work. You can add a caption.

You see prices in jobs only if the workshop allows it.

What else you have

• Board: the plan of every bay for today, view only. Reception or a manager plans it.
• The Calendar to view, and Customers, but only those whose cars are in your jobs.
• My shifts: your rota and shift offers to accept.
• My settlements, if the workshop shares them.
• Your account, password and two-step login are under Settings in the account menu.

Tip At 19:00 you can get a summary of the jobs planned for you tomorrow. Turn it on in Settings, Notifications.
