Your account and security

Open your account settings from the account menu (your initials in the top right corner), Settings.

Account pages

• Profile: name, email, phone, photo, language and timezone.
• Security: changing your password, two-step login, passkeys and Log out other sessions.
• Notifications: what you get and how.
• Calendar subscription: your work plan in your phone's calendar.
• Appearance: light, dark or system.
• Your data: Download your data as a ZIP file, or Ask the workshop to delete my data.

Two-step login is required

The app holds customer data, so the workshop won't open without a second sign-in step. Pick one or both:

1. Passkeys: sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Click Add passkey.
2. Two-step login with an authenticator app: click Turn on, scan the QR code and enter the code from your phone. Keep the Recovery codes somewhere safe.

Tip On a shared reception computer use Lock screen in the account menu. The session stays, and getting back in needs you to confirm it's you.
