Your first week with Lessora Auto

After the first sign-in the owner goes through Set up your workshop. You can put it off with Set up later and come back from the Finish setting up your workshop card on the dashboard.

Setup steps

1. Workshop details: the name customers see, the legal name, address and phone.
2. Opening hours. Without them there are no drop-off times.
3. Bays: add the main ones, the rest can wait.
4. First services: length and price.
5. Booking rules: how far ahead customers can book and until when they can cancel.
6. First mechanic: invite a mechanic. If you work on cars yourself, tick I see customers here too.

What next

• In Workshop settings add Closures, and under Booking rules set Cars per half hour: how many cars you take in one half-hour slot.
• Under Jobs set the Hourly labour rate (gross) and decide whether mechanics see prices.
• In Team invite reception, mechanics and, as the owner, managers.
• Check Customer messages: confirmations and reminders by SMS and email.

Tip Services, mechanics, customers, vehicles and future bookings can come over from your previous software in Workshop settings, Import data.
