Customer invoices

For: owner and manager, reception

Updated October 28, 2026

You issue an invoice for a job in one click from the job's page.

Turning invoices on

Invoices are available once Lessora turns them on for your workshop. Then a manager goes to Workshop settings → Invoices, ticks Issue invoices to customers and sets the Invoice number, Correction number, Payment term (days), Bank account for transfers and Invoice footer. The workshop's legal name, NIP and address must be filled in first.

Issuing an invoice

Reception and managers click Issue invoice on a job that's in progress, ready or collected. If the customer is a company with a NIP, we suggest it. Missing the company name, NIP or address? The card shows what to fill in and an Edit the customer link.

A job has one invoice. Lines the customer declined don't go on it. A job paid in full gives a paid invoice; otherwise the invoice gets a transfer due date, from the customer's record or the invoice settings. The customer gets the invoice by email if they have an address. You can also download it from the job and the customer's page.

Correction

An invoice can't be changed. A manager clicks Issue a correction, gives the reason and the new quantity or price of lines, or ticks Correct to zero.

Sales register

Managers have Invoices in the menu: a list of invoices and corrections filtered by period, buyer and KSeF status, and the Sales register (CSV) for the accountant.
