Invoices in KSeF
For: owner and manager
Updated October 28, 2026
Customer invoices can go to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) with your workshop's token.
Settings (owner only)
- In the KSeF app, generate a token for the workshop's NIP with permission to issue invoices.
- In Workshop settings → KSeF, paste it and click Check and save. We save it only if it works for the workshop's NIP. After that it can't be viewed.
- Choose Sending to KSeF: Off, After approval or, if available, Automatic.
- If you like, tick Also send invoices to private persons. Without it only invoices to buyers with a NIP go to KSeF.
Test connection checks the saved token, and Remove token turns sending off.
Sending (owner and managers)
In After approval mode, new invoices and corrections wait in Invoices → To send to KSeF. On the To approve tab check the details and click Send to KSeF, or tick several and send them together. You can also Keep out of KSeF with a reason. When an invoice waits over a day, we remind you.
Statuses
Queued, Sent, Accepted by KSeF (with the KSeF number and the UPO to download) or Rejected. Once accepted, the customer gets the invoice with its KSeF number by email. The owner and managers are notified of a rejection. A rejected invoice isn't fixed: issue a correction or a new invoice, and if the connection or token was at fault, click Send again.
