Booking rules
For: owner and manager
Updated October 28, 2026
In Workshop settings → Booking rules you decide how many cars you take in and what the front desk may do.
Drop-offs
- Cars per half hour: how many cars can be dropped off in one half-hour window, from 1 to 20 (default 2). Tyre swaps have their own bays and don't count.
- Reception may overbook: lets the front desk book a car into a full window. Such a booking gets the Overbooked marker.
Limits for customers
- Minimum notice (minutes) and Booking horizon (days): limits for times customers pick themselves. The horizon also limits how far ahead a freed time can be offered. The front desk books outside these limits.
- Late cancellation (hours): after that the customer can't cancel by link, and the page shows the workshop's phone.
Calendar and bookings
- Time grid (minutes) and Break between bookings (minutes): how often tyre bookings can start and how much time stays free on the bay after them, unless the service has its own break.
- No-show warning: from how many no-shows to warn when booking. 0 turns it off.
- Reception may change a booking's price: a different price always needs a reason.
- Complete bookings after the day: bookings with Arrived change to Completed at the end of the day.
- Reception can give discounts.
