Plan and billing for Lessora Auto

The Workshop settings → Plan and billing page shows your subscription. Managers can view it, but only the owner chooses, changes and cancels the plan.

Free trial

A new workshop starts with a free trial. Its end date is at the top of the page. No card is needed until then.

Plans

Plans differ mainly by the number of active bays. Every plan includes a monthly SMS allowance. The Usage section shows how many bays and SMS you already use.

Choosing and changing the plan (owner only)

1. Choose the Billing period: Monthly or Yearly.
2. Choose how to Pay by: Card (charged automatically) or Bank transfer (you get a proforma, and the invoice once the payment arrives).
3. Click Choose or Switch next to a plan.

An upgrade starts at once and you pay the difference for the current period. A downgrade starts from the next period and needs your active bays to fit its limit.

The owner also fills in the Billing details and downloads Invoices. Cancel plan ends the subscription at the end of the paid period.

Tip When the trial ends without a plan, the workshop becomes read-only until the owner chooses one. When a card payment fails, update the card to keep full access.
