The Ask Lessora assistant

Ask Lessora is an AI assistant that answers questions about using Lessora Auto. It takes its answers from this guide and from the menu your role sees.

How to ask

1. Click Ask Lessora on the top bar.
2. Type a question or pick a suggestion under Try asking. Enter sends, Shift+Enter adds a new line.
3. Under the answer are the articles it came from (From the guide). New conversation starts again.

The assistant can also check free times and who is on shift on a given day. The owner and managers can ask about the workshop's booking rules. The assistant changes nothing in the app and doesn't look up customers, payments or settlements.

Don't type customer data. Answers are written by AI and can be wrong, so check the linked article for anything important. Under each answer you can click Helpful or Not helpful.

Turning the assistant on

The owner or a manager opens Workshop settings, AI assistant, ticks Turn on the assistant for the workshop and saves. The same page shows how many questions the workshop has asked this month. If there's no AI assistant page in the settings, the assistant isn't available for your workshop yet.
