Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It shows what your role needs. If you have several roles, change it in View as.

Owner and managers

The Workshop today section shows:

• today's drop-offs and the places left for the rest of the day,
• open jobs by state, including cars Ready for pickup,
• takings today and this month (payments less refunds, as in the cash report),
• bay occupancy this week, meaning the time planned on the board,
• customer no-shows this month,
• alerts, such as when the monthly SMS limit is running out.

Until the workshop setup is finished, a Finish setting up your workshop card sits at the top.

Reception

The Front desk section shows the places left today, open jobs by state and three lists: today's drop-offs with their status and payment, cars Ready for pickup with what's left to pay, and tomorrow's drop-offs the customer hasn't confirmed, with a phone number for a quick call.

Mechanics

The My jobs section shows what the mechanic has on the board today, open jobs with their lines, lines done this week and labour hours on jobs collected this month. Open my jobs takes them to their day. If the workshop shares their settlement, they also see it for the month so far.

Tip When you have unread notifications, a link to them appears next to the dashboard title.
