Reports

Reports show how the workshop is doing over a chosen period. The owner and managers can see them.

The reports

• Bay occupancy: opening hours and time planned on the board for each bay, with a heat map.
• Mechanic utilisation: shift hours, time on the board and labour on collected jobs, with the net amount per labour hour.
• Bookings and lead time: where bookings come from and how early customers book.
• No-shows and late cancellations.
• Revenue: takings by service, payment method and mechanic (a job's payment is split by labour net).
• New and returning customers month by month.

How to use them

1. Open a report from the list.
2. Under Period choose, for example, This month, Last month, Last 12 months or Custom range.
3. Narrow the results with the filters, for example to one bay or service.

Export

Every report downloads as CSV or XLSX. We prepare the file in the background: it appears under Recent exports, and you get a notification when it's ready. Files are kept for seven days.
