Exporting data and deleting the workshop

Exporting all data

1. Under Export all workshop data click Prepare the file.
2. When it's ready, you get an email with a link. The link works for seven days.

The ZIP holds a separate CSV file for each kind of data, such as people, settings and the audit log. Passwords and security keys are left out.

Deleting the workshop

1. Export the data first if you'll need it.
2. Click Delete the workshop…, type the workshop's address and your password, then confirm.

The workshop closes at once, everyone is logged out and the subscription is cancelled. For 30 days you can restore it with the button in the email we send. After that every person, all data and all files are deleted for good.

Important A restored workshop comes back without a subscription. Choose a plan again in the workshop's billing.
