Free data migration

You don't have to import data yourself. Send us spreadsheets or an export from your old software and we'll bring everything over for you, free on every plan.

How to send the files

1. Open Contact support (or click Ask support in Import data).
2. Under Topic choose Data migration.
3. Say where the data comes from and what you want moved.
4. Under Your spreadsheets (optional) add up to 5 XLSX, CSV or ODS files, 10 MB each.
5. Tick I'm authorised by the workshop to share this data with Lessora for the import and click Send to support.

Only people allowed to import can send files, that is the owner and managers.

What happens to the files

We don't send the files by email. They stay on our servers in the EU and we delete them after the import, at the latest 30 days after they were sent. You can delete them yourself earlier with Delete files on the request.

When we're done, we'll reply by email. Check a few customers and services then, and tell us about any differences in the same request.
