Booking page

For: owner and manager

Updated October 28, 2026

The booking page is your own page at the workshop's address, e.g. your-workshop.lessoraauto.com/rezerwacja. Customers pick a service, a day and a time there, and the booking goes straight into the calendar.

Turning it on

  1. In Services, open a service customers may book themselves and tick Bookable online. It gets an Online badge in the services list.
  2. In Workshop settings → Booking page, tick Booking page on and click Save.
  3. Copy the Page link and put it on your website, in your business listings or on social media.

While the page is off, or no service is bookable online, nothing shows at that address.

What customers see

  • The workshop's name, logo, address and phone, and your Intro text if you write one.
  • Services with their length and a "from" price.
  • Free times: half-hour drop-off windows or, for a tyre change, free places on a tyre bay. The Minimum notice and Booking horizon from Booking rules apply. The page never goes over the cars-per-half-hour limit.
  • A form: registration number, first and last name, phone, email (optional) and a note.
  • The information clause from Privacy. If you haven't written one, the page shows a short sentence naming the workshop as the data controller.
  • Two boxes to tick: reminders by SMS and by email. Only ticked boxes are recorded, with the source Booking page.

After a booking

  • The customer gets the usual booking confirmation with the link to confirm or cancel it.
  • Reception and managers get a New booking from the booking page notification. You move or cancel the booking in the calendar like any other, and the customer is told.
  • The customer is found by phone number. A new customer is added and marked incomplete. The car is found by registration number among that customer's cars, or added if it isn't there.

The page protects itself from spam: it limits bookings per address and per phone number and turns away forms sent by bots.
