My jobs

My jobs shows your work for today, easy to use on a phone.

What you see

• Today: your blocks from the bay board in time order, with the bay, plate, car and problem.
• Other open jobs: other open jobs where you have labour assigned, with the ready-by time.

Marking work done

1. Click a job.
2. On your line click Mark done. Undo a mistake with Mark not done.

A line the customer declined can't be marked. Reception or a manager adds and changes lines: if you find more to do, ask them to add it to the estimate.

Photos

Below the lines, in the Photos card, choose the type, add a Caption and click Add photo. The customer sees Findings photos in the estimate, and Work done photos show the result. You can delete your own photos.

You see amounts on the job only if the workshop allows it.
